Starting is simple! Create an account on our website, choose a pickup time, and place your first order online or through our Nanny's Laundry app.
Our pick up laundry service is simple: schedule a pickup online or by phone, leave your laundry outside your door, and our team will take care of the rest.
We provide three detergent options: Premium Brands (like Tide, Oxi Clean), Hypoallergenic (All Free Clear), and the option to provide your own detergent. Choose the one that suits your needs when placing your order. If you provide your own detergent, it will be used exclusively for your laundry, and any leftover will be returned with your order.
Simple. Just log in to your account and update your Laundry Preferences adding a note in the “Laundry Instructions” or “Folding Instructions” field. We check your personal laundry profile for any changes every time they process your laundry.
We suggest leaving your laundry in a protected area, such as a front or back porch. We use common sense and monitor the weather. If bad weather is expected, we’ll contact you to make alternate plans.
We provide laundry pickup services throughout the Kansas City metro and Kansas area.
You can expect your laundry to be returned the very next day after we pick it up depending on size of of orders.
Please Note that laundry greater than 100 lbs require a 2-day delivery
Yes, you can schedule recurring pickups to ensure your laundry needs are consistently met.
We are open 8:00am to 8:00pm all 7 days of the week
Payments are processed securely through our app. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
Yes! First time customers will receive 10% off their first order.
There is a minimum charge of $30.00 for wash, dry and fold
Yes, We do!
Yes, Clothing Requiring Air Drying may need a 2 day turnaround so clothes will not be return damp.
